Have fun in December by spending a day at Cinecittà World
If you want to spend a different day while you are in Rome in December and until January 7, how about taking a look at the events organized at Cinecittà World?
Cinecittà World is a cinema and television-themed amusement park of approximately 300,000 m2 with 40 attractions and 7 thematic areas.
During the Christmas holidays, the park is transformed.
Stroll through a Christmas village with themed markets along Christmas Street in 1920s New York with scenery and sets from the history of cinema.
Admire "Stardust - The Festival of Illuminations", a path made of Christmas lights that will take you among fantastic animals, colorful trees, and decorations.
Take a moment to observe "Gocce di Cinema", a giant water screen where the most famous films will be projected.
In the Temple of Herod, you can admire the themed Christmas Nativity scene.
For the little ones, there is the Santa Claus House where they can meet Santa Claus and the elves and send their letter.
Don't miss the "Kingdom of Ice", the only indoor snow park in Italy. You can have fun on the "Pattiniamo" ice rink, take part in a downhill race with inflatable boats with your friends in "Scivolone", play snowballs and climb mountains of snow in "Palle di Neve" and throw yourself into the whirling slide of “Kamikice”.
For a special experience, don't forget about "I-Fly", a virtual roller coaster!
From 25 December to 7 January, by purchasing the entrance ticket + show, you will be able to attend the ice show of the Pathos on Ice Company in which 51 artists participate, some of which are of national and Olympic level, who will perform to the tune of Christmas songs with incredible choreography.
On December 25th it will be possible to participate in the Holy Christmas Mass and at the Charleston restaurant you can also take part in the traditional Christmas lunch.
And to end the year, why not participate in the New Year's Eve party which promises to be the "biggest and most fun in Italy"? Yes, because in addition to the attractions of the park, there will be themed dinners and dinner shows, DJs and discos, and above all you will be able to attend live shows by artists such as Achille Lauro, Gue Pequeno, Corona, Ice MC, Pago and many others.
